About the program
Following the successful Women’s Luncheon held during the ISF World Seed Congress 2023 in Cape Town, ISF launched the ISF Women’s Mentorship Program on International Women’s Day, 8 March 2024.
The positive energy and enthusiasm generated from our initial event were truly inspiring, and it is evident that our community of women in the seed industry is filled with talented individuals. As we seek to enhance further the support and growth opportunities for women in our field, ISF opened a call for mentors and mentees to join the program.

Objective
The ISF Women’s Mentorship Program aims to create a platform for experienced professionals to share knowledge, provide guidance, and contribute to the development of women in the seed industry. Their expertise and accomplishments – and their willingness and availability – make them an ideal candidate to inspire and empower others on their professional journey.
